CAL'S FIRST GELATO

After the riverquarium it was time for lunch. Across the street was a little sub shop with gelato. Cal of course did not participate in eating any subs but was very willing to experience gelato for the first time. It was a hit!

Next we decided to walk over to the Flint Riverquarium. Cal enjoys going to see all the different fish and Tick Tock. These are just a few pictures of our visit.

KIDS EXPO - PART 2

Next we went outside where there were police cars, firetrucks and a mobile command center. Cal loved getting to turn on the sirens of the police car. While in the mobile command center he found his way to the back of the unit which just happened to be the lock up cells. He was quickly told that this was the only time we ever wanted to see him behind bars of such. He agreed with on "OK mommy". Next he posed with dad in front of the firetruck.

KIDS EXPO - PART 1

Last weekend the city put on what they called "Kids Expo 2008". Saturday morning we decided to ride down to the civic center and see what it was all about. There were lots of different things, a putting green, face painting and even a few animals.
