2008 SUNBURST STATE LITTLE KING

Well as you can see Cal did very well. He won the highest honor at the pageant. He was crowned the 2008 State Little King. Not only did he win the little king, he was also 1st runner up in the model search, 2nd runner up in swim suit and composite and then 3rd runner up in the day wear categories. Everyone we met just fell in love with Cal. He really put on a show.

PAGEANT ACTIVITIES

This weekend was a big weekend for Cal. We traveled to Atlanta to compete in the Sunburst USA State Beauty Pageant. Cal had qualified for the state pageant back in the fall right here in Albany. The bottom picture shows Cal watching the big planes taking off (he loved that). The middle was taken Saturday night at a little party for the kids. He was getting a painting of balloons by the clown. Cal was not real sure of that clown at first but he warmed up. Top, was Cal just relaxing before he had to go on stage for one of his optionals.

MORNING IN THE PARK

This morning we decided to enjoy the park downtown and maybe catch a bite to eat with daddy. We quickly got run out because several school classes were having a field day and we were just in the way.

EVERYONE'S TOO SLOW!!!

This was taken on Mother's Day at Mama Gail's house. Everyone was busy putting together a swing set but in Cal's opinion it was taking entirely too long!!!
