PLAYING WITH MOM'S SUNGLASSES
Cal found a pair of my sunglasses and decided he needed to wear them. He got a big kick looking at himself with them on. Of course we thought that he was too cute and he didn't seem to mind mom taking pictures.
This probably will not look like much to you but believe me this is progress. Sometime over the weekend Cal decided to start trying real food. I'm not sure that there is actual swallowing but he is putting beans, etc into his mouth.
By now everyone should have gotten their cards so I will add this photo to the blog. I thought this was so cute. We were scared that he would not wear the head piece but as you can tell, he loves it.
When Cal got up from his nap it was off to the barn. Cal loves horses and enjoyed riding Zoe. He did not like mama holding on to him and walking by his side. He thinks is grown and needs no help from mom.
After working up a huge thirst we headed for McDonalds. I was attempting to just let Cal have a taste of my tea. Cal had other ideas. He took my glass and would not give it back. He loves his tea.
Saturday morning after attending a pancake breakfast we went to the playground next the Brusters. Cal loves to swing and slide and shows no fear what so ever. The higher dad pushed him, the louder he laughed.
Mama Gail enjoys having these two little one together. Here they had just awaken from their naps and needed a little milk. Once revived with energy they were nonstop. They are best friends.
It was another busy weekend with his cousins. Riding the golf cart is one of Cal's favorite things to do while visiting. He's a brave soul, Eden driving and sitting in Trellis' lap, Tbone supervising. They all had a large time!
